Dr Shelly Rabalais was raised in Plaucheville, a small town in central Louisiana. Persuit of her education brought her across the entire state of Louisiana. She received her Bachelors in Biology from the University of Louisiana Monroe, her Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology from Louisiana Tech, and finally her Doctorate of Dental Science from LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans.

She practiced for several years in the New Orleans area after graduating. Dr Rabalias moved to the Bossier City area when her husband 1st Lt Brian Plauche was relocated to Barksdale AFB. After two years in the area they have decided to call Bossier City their permanent home.

Dr. Rabalais is currently a member of the ARK-LA-TEX Dental Association, the Northwest Louisiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Louisiana Dental Association. “She looks forward to providing you and your family with personalized and comfortable dental care.”
