Ashley, Front Desk When you call our office, Ashley will be the first sweet voice to greet you as well as the first smiling face you see upon arriving to Dalton Dental Care. As our appointment coordinator since February 2002, Ashley schedules appointments, manages hygiene recall, and assists with a variety of other services to keep the office running smoothly. Ashley grew up in north Louisiana and graduated from Haughton High School . After attending Bossier Parish Community College , she decided to pursue a career in the dental field. Ashley is the most happy when she is working in her yard, going to water parks, and helping her daughter do pageants. She and her husband live in Bossier City with their beautiful daughter, her Granny, and their two pugs, Mugsly and Macy.

Ginger, Financial Coordinator

Ginger grew up in Springhill , Louisiana and graduated from Springhill High School . After attending Louisiana Tech & SAU, Ginger decided to pursue a career in the dental field. With over 12 years of experience as a dental assistant, she decided to join Dalton Dental Care as insurance & financial coordinator in June of 2009. Ginger can assist you with all of your insurance or clinical questions you may have. Ginger enjoys dirt track racing with her husband and watching her children play sports. She and her husband live in Benton and they have three children.

Amanda, Sterilization Assistant

Amanda is a senior at Airline High School. She helps out around the office, and is also learning and observing all she can about her desired future career path: dentistry. After graduating high school, she plans on attending college and majoring in pre dentistry. At Airline, Amanda is involved in FCA, SADD, Octagon Club, and she is also a part of the Freshmen Mentoring Program. Aside from going to school and working, she helps out at Sylvan Learning Center as a teachers’ assistant. Growing up she played softball and in her spare time she umpires girls’ softball games for Bossier Little League. Amanda and her mom live in Haughton with their adorable shitzu, Baxter.

Terri, Dental Assistant

Terri was born and raised in Southern California where she attended College and began her career as a dental assistant. Travels brought Terri to the Bossier area in 1987. After 8 years of owning a daycare center while raising her 3 children, Terri decided to return to dentistry and had been assisting for 15 years prior to meeting Dr. Rabalais. Terri worked as Dr Rabalais’ assistant during her first years in practice in Shreveport and her loyalty to Dr. Rabalais gave her the opportunity to remain with her after she took over Dalton Dental Care. Having added another daughter and 2 grandsons, Terri keeps busy away from work with her family.

Jen, Dental Assistant

Jen was born and raised in Minnesota where she graduated high school and attended college. After a summer visit with her sister, Jen decided to call Bossier City her home and pursue her career in dentistry. Jen has been a dental assistant since 2001 and is now proud to call Dalton Dental Care her new “home away from home.†Jen married her husband in 2004 and has two wonderful children Landon and Leah. In her spare time, Jen enjoys photography and spending time with her family.

Kelly, Dental Hygienist

Kelly was born and raised in the Shreveport-Bossier area. She graduated from Airline High School, and then continued her education at Northeast Louisiana University receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a local practicing hygienist for 27 years with 24 of them being at Dalton Dental Care. Kelly and her husband, Terry, have two children. When not creating “Happy Smilesâ€, Kelly and her family enjoy camping in their travel trailer. They ride four wheelers, dirt bikes, and love baseball. Kelly keeps up with the most updated preventive care by attending continuing education classes throughout the year. Her main goal is to provide you with comfortable and professional dental check-ups in a family oriented environment.

Penny, Dental Hygienist

Penny grew up in Haynesville, Louisiana and graduated from Haynesville High School. She then went on to attend Northeast Louisiana University where she graduated with honors and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She then continued her education to administer local anesthesia. Penny is very proud to say that she has been with Dalton Dental Care for 11 years. She and her husband live in South Bossier and they have one daughter. She enjoys keeping up with current preventive and restorative dental care with continuing education seminars. Penny has always thought of her patients as family and friends. Helping others obtain overall better health with a good laugh and warm hug has given Penny the proud title of "Smile Maker."
